Kids of the Congo
At Kongo Central Kisantu / Kinkoka kids run and play hope-filled amidst a building in need of repairs, on ground barely spotted with grass. It's a different world from any we're used to seeing in every way. But it is their home. All of these shining faces have found their way here out of necessity, a place for safety.
WE HAVE TO HELP.
The things we take for granted everyday, like clothing, shoes, school supplies, basic food items, would make a world of difference in the lives of these kids with nothing left to do but hope.
Together, we can make a huge difference for these kids' lives, with very small effort. But we have to come together... we're stronger when we're together.
Help us keep their hopes alive.
Right now the orphanage is home to 50+ kids, ranging in age from 2-18.
Our fundraiser will allow us to procur cleaning and hygiene products, clothing, food, enrichment & learning supplies for the orphanage.
MTH Charity is a 501c3/non-profit which makes your contributions 100% tax deductible.

Silany has nightmares and wakes up in the middle of the night screaming from PTSD.

Another kid who has lost his parents when his village in the eastern congo was invaded by the rebels. Japhet was taken by the rebels for a year and worked on a mine of cobalt, which is used to power electric cars and cell phones in the west.
